Een evenement is iets anders dan een event. Een event vindt plaats. Een evenement engageert, prikkelt, stimuleert en enthousiasmeert.
Een evenement is iets dat lang bij je blijft en waar je graag en vaak aan terugdenkt. Groter, gekker, beter, leuker, leerzamer, vrolijker, spectaculairder, gezelliger dan alles wat je tot nog toe hebt gezien - dat is wat van the ART of YOU events echte Evenementen maakt.
Onze Evenementen zijn inmiddels legendarisch, van onze supergezellige netwerkdagen tot onze fotografie-evenementen met internationale topmodellen in een gezellige en ongedwongen Brabantse sfeer. En dan is er natuurlijk nog de onnavolgbare en unieke signature ART of YOU lunch. Vaak geïmiteerd, maar nog nooit overtroffen.

Kom netwerken, bijpraten, plannen maken, ontmoeten, ontdekken, eten, drinken, en natuurlijk fotograferen op zaterdag 3 mei aanstaande in de meest veelzijdige studio van Nederland, the ART of YOU studios in Dongen.

Na het succes van de voorgaande edities van de Netwerkdag, hebben we besloten het dit jaar nog een tandje groter aan te pakken, onder het thema “Summer Vibes”. Bereid je voor op modellen in strandkleding, een tropische vibe, zand tussen je tenen (maar niet in je camera), tropische fotosets, palmbomen, strandstoelen, cocktails en vooral héél veel fun en gezelligheid. We kunnen niet wachten om je te mogen verwelkomen in onze tikibar, en wat voor weer het ook wordt buiten, binnen zal de zon schijnen!
De Netwerkdag wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door onze vriendinnen en vrienden van BePretty Models, die ook dit jaar met een grote delegatie modellen aanwezig zullen zijn. Uiteraard zijn ook freelance modellen van harte welkom, net zoals modellen die door deelnemende fotografen worden uitgenodigd. De Netwerkdag is voor iedereen en van ons allemaal. Grijp je kans, doe je ding en zorg dat je erbij bent op dit unieke evenement!
Het evenement begint om 10.00 uur en gaat door tot ongeveer 18.00 uur, maar in goed gezelschap kijken we niet op een uurtje meer of minder.
Tickets & kosten
Kosten voor deelname bedragen €25,- per persoon voor alle deelnemers (dus fotografen, modellen, visagisten, stylisten, you name it). Modellen die door fotografen worden meegenomen dienen zich ook in te schrijven. Voor dat geld mag je de hele dag fotograferen in the ART of YOU studios en in onze tropische sets, krijg je gratis te drinken in de tikibar, en kun je je tegoed doen aan zomerse hapjes én een legendarische barbecue door Chef Vince!
Je kunt je vooraf inschrijven via deze link: theartofyou.net/evenementen, en klik op Netwerkdag. Inschrijvingen ter plaatse kunnen helaas niet gehonoreerd worden.
Na inschrijving en 3 dagen vóór aanvang van het evenement ontvang je per email een QR code. Deze code is je toegangsbewijs tot het evenement, dus zorg dat je hem in je zwembroek stopt voordat je langskomt, ofwel op je telefoon ofwel geprint.

My events in Dongen, Netherlands are always popular so we will continue in 2025. I have to make these event during the warmer months of the year because a large part of the location lack proper heating but in May it is fine.
As always we have 3 amazing models and only 6 photographers each day to make sure there is plenty of shooting time for everyone. For this event our first model is Yoana Nikolova. She is always great to work with. Her positive attitude and her prosing makes her a joy to shoot. She have been featured in Playboy several times last year and she was also Miss February 2024! Our second model is Sophie La Sage! Her red hair, intense eyes and her figure makes her truly unique and a great addition to our event! Lest but not least we have Anastasiia who is really amazing to work with. She is playful, fun and very experienced and professional. You will realise how good she is once you work with her!
This is a photo event, not a regular workshop, so the emphasis will be on shooting time. Participants will be grouped into pairs, each with a model. We will rotate the groups, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to shoot with each model, which guarantees a lot of shooting time. All the models will shoot up to artistic nude!
My role is to provide assistance, share innovative concepts, and ignite your creativity. My aim is to ensure you leave with extraordinary, one-of-a-kind photographs of our trio of exquisite, professional models. This unique setting further enhances the visual appeal and distinctiveness of your captures. Let’s transform your vision into reality together!
Knowledge and equipment
To participate, no special knowledge or skill level is required; however, you must be able to shoot independently at all times. While I’ll be there to help and provide advice as needed, it’s essential for you to operate without continual assistance. When it comes to equipment, you don’t need much. I suggest lenses of 50mm, 85mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm, or similar. Ideally, your lens should have a focal length between 50mm and less than 100mm. As we’ll be shooting in natural light, it’s beneficial to have a prime lens with a large maximum aperture or a zoom lens with a 2.8 aperture.
Where and how to get there
The location is situated in a place called Dongen, near the Belgium border and not too far from Germany. For instance, it’s less than a 2.5-hour drive from Cologne. If you’re flying in, you can land in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or Eindhoven, and cover the remaining distance by train. From Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the train to Breda is available. From Eindhoven, you can journey to Tilburg. Additionally, there are several hotels I can recommend for anyone planning to stay overnight and participate on both days. Don’t hesitate to ask if you need any information regarding travel possibilities.
