My events in Dongen, Netherlands are always popular so we will continue in 2025. I have to make these event during the warmer months of the year because a large part of the location lack proper heating but in May it is fine.

As always we have 3 amazing models and only 6 photographers each day to make sure there is plenty of shooting time for everyone. For this event our first model is Yoana Nikolova. She is always great to work with. Her positive attitude and her prosing makes her a joy to shoot. She have been featured in Playboy several times last year and she was also Miss February 2024! Our second model is Sophie La Sage! Her red hair, intense eyes and her figure makes her truly unique and a great addition to our event! Lest but not least we have Anastasiia who is really amazing to work with. She is playful, fun and very experienced and professional. You will realise how good she is once you work with her!

This is a photo event, not a regular workshop, so the emphasis will be on shooting time. Participants will be grouped into pairs, each with a model. We will rotate the groups, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to shoot with each model, which guarantees a lot of shooting time. All the models will shoot up to artistic nude!

My role is to provide assistance, share innovative concepts, and ignite your creativity. My aim is to ensure you leave with extraordinary, one-of-a-kind photographs of our trio of exquisite, professional models. This unique setting further enhances the visual appeal and distinctiveness of your captures. Let’s transform your vision into reality together!

Knowledge and equipment

To participate, no special knowledge or skill level is required; however, you must be able to shoot independently at all times. While I’ll be there to help and provide advice as needed, it’s essential for you to operate without continual assistance. When it comes to equipment, you don’t need much. I suggest lenses of 50mm, 85mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm, or similar. Ideally, your lens should have a focal length between 50mm and less than 100mm. As we’ll be shooting in natural light, it’s beneficial to have a prime lens with a large maximum aperture or a zoom lens with a 2.8 aperture.

Where and how to get there

The location is situated in a place called Dongen, near the Belgium border and not too far from Germany. For instance, it’s less than a 2.5-hour drive from Cologne. If you’re flying in, you can land in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or Eindhoven, and cover the remaining distance by train. From Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the train to Breda is available. From Eindhoven, you can journey to Tilburg. Additionally, there are several hotels I can recommend for anyone planning to stay overnight and participate on both days. Don’t hesitate to ask if you need any information regarding travel possibilities.

Boudoir reloaded: leer hoe je met enkel licht een compleet andere sfeer neerzet

Ervaar in de Edgy Boudoir workshop de impact van alléén licht op je boudoirfoto’s. Ik laat je zien hoe je met verrassende lichtopstellingen een compleet andere vibe creëert, waardoor je één setting op twee totaal verschillende manieren kunt vastleggen.

Je krijgt de kans om met flitslicht te werken en ik help je met de instellingen op je camera. We werken met verschillende poses en ik geef je tips hoe je het model kan aansturen. Na de workshop heb je een aantal mooie foto’s voor je portfolio en ervaring met het werken met een model in een boudoir setting.

Voor wie:
Deze workshop is geschikt voor fotografen van alle niveaus. Een geweldige kans om je portfolio uit te breiden en ervaring op te doen met een boudoirfotografie in creative settings.

Je leert verschillende boudoirstijlen te belichten en een sfeer te bouwen door enkel het veranderen van het licht. En dit alles vertalen naar een beeld in je camera.

Hoe ziet de dag eruit:
Nadat iedereen binnen is gaan we direct na het kopje koffie of thee aan de slag
We shooten in ieder geval 2 verschillende settings
Elke set wordt opgebouwd en ik leg uit welk licht ik gebruik en waarom
Het model aansturen en vertellen welk beeld je zoekt is heel belangrijk, dus uiteraard komt dat ook aan bod

We gaan fotograferen met flitslicht en eventueel gemengd licht gebruiken

Wat neem je mee:
Camera, lenzen en batterijen. Er zijn triggers aanwezig voor Nikon, Canon, Fujifilm en Sony.

Natuurlijk word je niet alleen gelaten en begeleid ik je met o.a.:
– Technieken om te werken met modellen in dynamische poses.
– Belichtingsopstellingen om vormen te accentueren.
– Compositietips om emotie en persoonlijkheid vast te leggen.

Heb je geen ervaring met flitsen? Geen probleem, ik help je graag met de instellingen op je camera.

Er is plek voor maximaal 6 fotografen. Zo heeft iedereen genoeg kans om mooie foto’s te maken. Meld je dus snel aan en leer hoe je met enkel ander licht een compleet ander boudoir beeld maakt!
