Een evenement is iets anders dan een event. Een event vindt plaats. Een evenement engageert, prikkelt, stimuleert en enthousiasmeert.
Een evenement is iets dat lang bij je blijft en waar je graag en vaak aan terugdenkt. Groter, gekker, beter, leuker, leerzamer, vrolijker, spectaculairder, gezelliger dan alles wat je tot nog toe hebt gezien - dat is wat van the ART of YOU events echte Evenementen maakt.
Onze Evenementen zijn inmiddels legendarisch, van onze supergezellige netwerkdagen tot onze fotografie-evenementen met internationale topmodellen in een gezellige en ongedwongen Brabantse sfeer. En dan is er natuurlijk nog de onnavolgbare en unieke signature ART of YOU lunch. Vaak geïmiteerd, maar nog nooit overtroffen.

Vaak gekopieerd, nooit geëvenaard – the ART of YOU netwerk dag is het halfjaarlijkse hoogtepunt van het fotografie-jaar en een van de meest populaire fotografie-evenementen op de kalender. En de reden daarvoor is nogal simpel: je ontmoet op deze dag de movers en shakers van de fotografie, visagie, en modellerie in de Benelux, tegen het decor van de mooiste en meest veelzijdige studio van Nederland.
De netwerkdag belooft ook dit jaar weer een spektakelstuk te worden dat je niet mag missen. Met het thema “Summer Vibes” nemen we samen met jullie een voorschotje op de zomer van 2025 die wat ons betreft gezellig, mooi, en warm gaat worden. Het evenement heeft dit jaar dus een flinke zomerse tint: denk aan cocktails, barbecue, springkussens, beachvolleybal, strand-decors, cabrio’s, mooie mensen in strandkleding en nog veel meer gezelligs.
Ook dit jaar wordt onze netwerkdag weer opgeluisterd door de prachtige dames en heren van BePretty models die er samen met jullie een zomers feestje van gaan maken vol zonnige Brabantse gezelligheid. Meer details volgen in de komende weken, maar je kunt gelukkig nu al je plekje op het strand reserveren door een ticket te kopen. Wacht niet te lang, want vol is vol. Pak alvast je strandtas en je camera in en hou 3 mei vrij in je agenda!

My events in Dongen, Netherlands are always popular so we will continue in 2025. I have to make these event during the warmer months of the year because a large part of the location lack proper heating but in May it is fine.
As always we have 3 amazing models and only 6 photographers each day to make sure there is plenty of shooting time for everyone. For this event our first model is Yoana Nikolova. She is always great to work with. Her positive attitude and her prosing makes her a joy to shoot. She have been featured in Playboy several times last year and she was also Miss February 2024! Our second model is Sophie La Sage! Her red hair, intense eyes and her figure makes her truly unique and a great addition to our event! Lest but not least we have Anastasiia who is really amazing to work with. She is playful, fun and very experienced and professional. You will realise how good she is once you work with her!
This is a photo event, not a regular workshop, so the emphasis will be on shooting time. Participants will be grouped into pairs, each with a model. We will rotate the groups, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to shoot with each model, which guarantees a lot of shooting time. All the models will shoot up to artistic nude!
My role is to provide assistance, share innovative concepts, and ignite your creativity. My aim is to ensure you leave with extraordinary, one-of-a-kind photographs of our trio of exquisite, professional models. This unique setting further enhances the visual appeal and distinctiveness of your captures. Let’s transform your vision into reality together!
Knowledge and equipment
To participate, no special knowledge or skill level is required; however, you must be able to shoot independently at all times. While I’ll be there to help and provide advice as needed, it’s essential for you to operate without continual assistance. When it comes to equipment, you don’t need much. I suggest lenses of 50mm, 85mm, 24-70mm, 70-200mm, or similar. Ideally, your lens should have a focal length between 50mm and less than 100mm. As we’ll be shooting in natural light, it’s beneficial to have a prime lens with a large maximum aperture or a zoom lens with a 2.8 aperture.
Where and how to get there
The location is situated in a place called Dongen, near the Belgium border and not too far from Germany. For instance, it’s less than a 2.5-hour drive from Cologne. If you’re flying in, you can land in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or Eindhoven, and cover the remaining distance by train. From Amsterdam and Rotterdam, the train to Breda is available. From Eindhoven, you can journey to Tilburg. Additionally, there are several hotels I can recommend for anyone planning to stay overnight and participate on both days. Don’t hesitate to ask if you need any information regarding travel possibilities.
